Processing of Job Applicant Personal Data
As part of its recruitment procedures, the Company may collect and process personal data submitted by job applicants, such as name and contact details, information on education and professional experience, skills and qualifications, and any other information included in the applicant’s CV or provided during the selection process.
Purpose of processing
The personal data of applicants are processed exclusively for:
- assessing their suitability for the position applied for,
- communicating with them regarding the recruitment process, and
- managing internal recruitment procedures.
Legal basis
Processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, as it is necessary to take steps at the applicant’s request prior to entering into an employment contract, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the Company’s legitimate interest in selecting suitable candidates.
Retention period
Applicants’ data are retained for up to twelve (12) months after the completion of the recruitment process, unless a longer period is required for the establishment or defence of legal claims. After this period, all data are securely deleted.
